Hanoi Export-Import JSC (Geleximco) said that till the end of 2012 it will hand over about 400 adjacent villas in A zone of Le Trong Tan new urban project to customers.
Project’s technical infrastructure has basically accomplished and Geleximco are boosting the construction speed to complete the project as expected.
Le Trong Tan new urban has an area of 135 hectares divided into four zones: A, B, C and A. Of which, A zone near Thang Long Boulevard has now opened for sales with the price of under around 40 million dong/m2. - Source: Vietbiz24
