Apec Land Hue Joint-stock Company signed a deal late last week with the Thua Thien – Hue province new urban development management board to develop a residential complex in Hue's An Van Duong New Urban Area.
Apec Land will invest VND1.59 trillion (nearly $76 million) to build villas, semiattached houses, apartment blocks, and business-service centres in the 34.7ha Thuy Van Property Complex.
Construction will start in the fourth quarter of this year and take eight years. - VNS
