HCM City to have over 35,000 sqm trade centre

The project located in Son Ky ward, Tan Phu district, HCM City will be invested by Aeon Group (Japan). This will be the first shopping centre of this Japanese retailer in Vietnam.

Aeon - Tan Phu Celadon is about nine kilometers from the central of HCM City. As designed, the centre will have an area of over 35,000 square meters for business, total floor areas at 77,000 square meters. Together with general supermarket, the project will also have about 130 retail shops.

It is expected that the centre will be kicked off construction in September 2012 and start operations from 2014.

As planned, Aeon Vietnam will open many outlets, provide diversified products and services with an aim to become the leading retailer in Asia by 2020. - Source: Vietbiz24
