My Son Export Import and Investment Joint Stock Co has said that in April, the company will put up Phuong Dong (Orient) service and high-rise apartment area (My Son Tower) for sale priced at 22-23 million dong per square metre.
30-storey My Son Tower located at No 62 Nguyen Huy Tuong, Thanh Xuan ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi is built on an area of over 5,000 square metres with total floor area of 65,000 square metres.
The tower block has 248 apartments with design of 2-3 bed rooms, covering areas of 106 sqm, 114 sqm, 131 sqm and 163 sqm and 10 penthouses ranging between 200 sqm and 390 sqm.
My Son Tower is invested by My Son Export Import and Investment Joint Stock Co and marketed and sold exclusively by EZ Property.
The project will be kicked off construction in the first quarter of 2012 and apartments will be handed over to customers in the fourth quarter of 2014. - Source: VnEconomy
