Savills Vietnam, a leading property consulting firm, has announced signing a deal to become the monopoly distributor for Ho Guom Plaza project invested by Ho Guom Garment Joint Stock Co, a local newswire reported.
The project is located on a site of almost 11,000 square meters, which is a complex of apartments, offices and trade centre.
With a design of 29 stories and three basements, Ho Guom Plaza is expected to supply over 20,000 square meters of parking area, more than 23,000 sqm of trade centre, 36,000 sqm of offices and 460 standardized apartments and eight penthouses.
The apartments are designed with different areas ranging between 73 sqm and 146 sqm, Savills said. The project will be available on the market in April 2012. - Source: VBN
